Estate Accounts

I am sole executor of a will. I am also a beneficiary together with family members. As the family are involved I want to ensure that all is done correctly and above board by providing final estate accounts. Can anyone suggest where i can get hold of good sample accounts? The will is very simple and the estate is not huge. Thanks all.

as long as you list the outgoings and expenses (including your own as executor) in sufficient detail before the estate is distributed and then list the beneficiaries and the amount they each recieve, that should be sufficient.
you can do this on a simple spreadsheet program or in Word. as long as the account is accurate, clear and legible it does not have to be in 'legalese'.
The main thing to keep in mind is to inform the beneficiaries how much had to be paid OUT of the estate and then how much they have!
