Post Office Car Insurance - £50 Cash Back

Hi

I took this insurance a week before 21/02/07 (this being the start date) and have not yet received the £50 Postal Orders.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Any idea's who to contact?

We took out a policy to start on 21.11.06 and we finally got our voucher on 21.3.07! We left if for a month until we started to ring them but their customer services leave something to be desired! They never responded to any complaint emails. We must have rang them 20 times over the 4 months and everytime we were getting fobbed off, always saying it will be here next week. Even when they say they will chase it up they never ring you back. Eventually they sent us some stamps worth £19 to cover our phone calls but I have lost faith with them and wouldnt use them again, don't know what they would be like if you had to claim!
Anyway I would suggest you ring a lady called Anne Marie Bell on 0191 512 7415, she was dealing with our case, seemed quite friendly and I hope that helps you.
