My friend suffers from arthritis in her wrist also back ache
I have read a lot about copper bracelets, some people have had real pain relief, others the opposite, also the question of quality and authenticity
Where to buy a genuine one
Anyone have any thoughts?

There is a theory that if you believe in something it will work. Praying, Copper bangles, Witch Doctors etc etc.

Any piece of copper that you can shape will be at least as good as anything you can buy. You could even get some copper wire strands from discarded electrical cable and plat enough to make a bracelet.

My copper bracelet definitely helps my hands, but I still get back ache etc.

I also found Cod liver oil capsules are very helpful. Have been taking glucosomane for about six weeks now but understand you need to take these for about six months or so to feel the benefit.

I've also read that rose hip tablets are good. but not tried these.

I think it's a question of trial and error, and maybe different things work for different people. Some people swear by cider vinegar but didn't seem to help me much or maybe I didn't persevere long enough.

The best for me is warm weather and sunshine.

i bought a hermatite magnetic one off ebay rather than a copper one and i find it very helpful i dont feel so stiff etc as i did before...the hermatie is supposed to help yr wellbeing as well

it cost around a fiver i think and there were a few different styles

lesson i agree warm weather is the best oh for sun on your aches and pains lol
