Ebay want me to sit tutorial

I listed a buggy but because I put as new in the title, they removed listing and want me to sit a tutorial before I can start listing again. They did this yesterday afternoon and siad when I next log in a 'pop up tutorial' will show. I have logged in and out about 50times yesterday and today, still no tutorial. Have contacted Ebay twice to no avail....what should I do? Thanks

First thoughts are have you got your pop ups blocked?

Try listing your buggy on your local supermarket board instead? EBay can be smegheads sometimes. I expect they'll get around to answering you eventually, but don't hold your breath. I wwasn't even aware of any potential problems with the words "as new" in item titles.

you'll need to sit the tutorial if you ever want to use ebay again to list.

Yeah but how do I sit the tutorial???? I though as new was also allowed, apparently not!!! lol

It must be as i'm watching an item with 'as new' in the title and its been there for 5 days.
