How big should the main tv of the house be?

Matette, as I'm female
Heard a few things about plasma so been put off a little.
The good thing about it coming from Argos is that it can always be returned if it's not upto scratch.
I also researched this set on the Sony website and was quite impressed but I suppose you can only ever tell if it's a good buy when it's actually up and running.

got to have the biggest haven't they.. and how many guys do you know rushed out for a PS3 this morning
I know one that got a new 50 incher to go with it- and in Oxford Street, those queueing got a free telly!

er no actually PS3 is a waste of money and my wife picked the plas as she like to watch movies so there (ner ner n ner ner):D

had money from Currys cso my set broke an dthey took more than 2mths to fix it,so i demanded my money back and bought a 32" crt Hitachi thought it would be alright cos it never looked big in the shop:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: guess what yep broke:eek: took it back and said they dont do them anymore so had a Lexsor, but what i never knew was that i'd get more screen on the flat on,because although it was 32" you get about 30"or so bit a hell of a lot of bulk,where as this one know is about5/6" wide if that and not a bad pic:money:
