Mattressman AVOID!!!

This is simply the worst custromer services i have ever seen, or used. I never write reviews or complain, but this company have made me so angry i feel i have too.

1s Issue.. we purchased their most expensive silent night king size mattress 2 years ago over £700. It came with a 5yr warranty. It recently collapsed on one side. After contacting them as it covered by 5 year warranty, i sent some photos, their response was i had to pay for an idepenant expection to find out why it was faulty, before they would do anything, and regardless of what i said, they would not budge or help.

Not siure if this is legal,.. as under warranty. I accept if out of warranty its up to me to prove a fault under sales of goods act but not in warranty!!

I have now had to go to Silint Night direct and speak to them who were also disguisted by the practice of mattressman AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Still not resloved as the contract of the warranty is taken over by Mattressman, Silent Night are now fighting for me also.

2nd issue saw cheap mattress on their website for sons bed, popped into store to order,, once deliverd, decided, the same day thay we would rather someting bettre quality so rang up to exchange to one twice the price only to be told that as it was purchased instore no exchange!!!!

Have to say that I've used them many times over the last few years and made changes to orders etc once placed.

They have always been extremely helpful and accommodating in my case.
