Bother.. the furry fiends appear to have brought home live entertainment which has hidden under the cupboard in the hallway... I hate cats!

Packing done for OH to fill the car tomorrow... I absolutely, totally and utterly do NOT want to go to his mothers this weekend.. I want to tidy my hovel!!! I get 1 weekend off a fortnight and I do not want to spend my precious time with druggies, alcoholics and self obsessed snobbish fools .. :(

    Good Morning Everyone

Hope you are all well, I am afraid I have not been about much this week & also not much done from the list, just seem to have no spare time at the moment. The only plans I have for the weekend is to get the house sorted, I will do any wee bits I can tonight then after DS’s swimming lesson tomorrow, I can get properly stuck in. We are off on holiday in 21 days so I have the added task of sorting out all the cases/ironing clothes etc etc .

I am also keeping my sisters 2 x bearded dragons while she is on holiday, I am not keen on them but DD has promised to take care of them.

Our house is lonely without a wee cheety cat, so we get our new wee kitten, Jinxie when we come back our holidays. Put a deposit down on her when she was 11 days old & let kids name her. So last night we went & bought her a bed, collar & feeding dishes, will get her toys etc later on, she will probably need to be an indoor cat as we stay on a main road & my last cat was older & very streetwise.

I am going to order my kindle today so I can read 50 shades whilst on holiday & see what all the fuss is about, I am currently on book 2/5 of June Hampsons Daisy Lane Series.

Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Mop the floor
    Clean a window or two

Tuesday - Master Bedroom and Landing
    Hoover the floor
    Wipe away any cup marks
Mirror, Mirror on the wall who's the shiniest of all
Tidy bedside cabinets, inside and out
    Wipe the lampshade

    Level Three
Bash the cushions outside, see the dust fly
Wipe lamps/lights shades/bulbs and stands – change bulb in big light – requires ladder!
    Extras
Wipe front/back doors inside and out (if rain permits)
    Delete some redundant favourites/documents/emails

    Thursday - Kids' Rooms/spare room/conservatory/Study
    Level One
Hoover/mop the floor - DS Room Hoover
    Level Two
Change any beds in need - DD & DS Beds
    Level Three
Deep clean a window frame (or two) remove any yucky mould DS & DD's

Sounds like she would be better off at home ;)

I have got the big dolly toybox out, and I am going to get Miss T to help me sort it out and wash the dollies :) We will also retrieve plenty of old breadsticks, which she would have dropped in their, so it is only fair :p

I will also try an update some paperwork, and I need to go to the bank and pay in the art money. DD1 is going back to her flat for the weekend and has been angling for a lift! I have told her no, as it takes at least 1 hr 15 (traffic being well), there and back, and I have play group runs at 9.15 & 12, so not gonna happen!! I suspect DH will be asked when he gets in from work, and he will probably say yes (he is the soft touch - just ask the dog!!)

Ok. Gotta go - Little Miss Sunshine has just arrived :)

Just checking over the weekly list, if it's deleted, it's done. Have finally done my bit of sewing whilst watching emmerdale!
Kids exhausted both asleep by 6.45 so expecting an early start tomorrow. So an early night for me too, got my notepad to sort through my house / frog lists and see what needs to be done...

Wipe lamps/lights shades/bulbs and stands (living room)
    Hotspot (living room storage baskets)
Wipe front/back doors inside and out (if rain permits)
    Filing or shredding
Deep clean a window frame (or two) remove any yucky mould (bedrooms)
Wash any winter duvets and store (store? I want them on my bed!)

So have got a few things left but in pretty good shape. I do

Catching up a bit this morning, wmx2 on airers in conservatory, quite warm despite the rain. Made a start on living room hotspot, and done hh paperwork, all filed away and others ready and waiting for shredder. Have done inside of doors too, so on to today's list:

Friday - Bathroom and weekend round up
    Level one
    [STRIKE]Clean the sink and toilet
    Wash the towels[/STRIKE]
    Level two
    [STRIKE]Hoover high traffic areas
    Clean bath and or shower[/STRIKE]
    Level three
    [STRIKE]Wash the bathroom floor[/STRIKE]
    Wipe some doorframes
HHMe time - have you finished 50 shades yet?
    Extras
Sort out toy box/cupboard and find things that haven't been out for a while for the summer holiday
[STRIKE]Do something financial, quotes for car/house insurance. Consider changing bank accounts or energy suppliers[/STRIKE]

Having a quiet one today, littlest bossy got us up at 5.15 she is shattered as are we all. Planning an early lunch and communal nap. Later this aft we are going to meet a friend. Her ex-kh has let her down (again) their dd was supposed to go to him tonight, it is my friends birthday and she had plans :( I have offered to babysit but she's not keen as her dd is very clingy and she would just worry. Even though I'm quite used to kiddies. So instead we are meeting at a play gym where on Fridays the entrance fee includes a hot meal, so the kiddies can all play, and my friend doesn't have to cook on her birthday, and we can have a natter over coffee...
