Can any1 help I have a car on hp and I need to get shoot of it Iv have it for 5 years and still O for another 4 years . Shall I just stop paying for it .dont no wot to do about it :(

    Get out your copy of the original loan agreement and have a read of the section on voluntary termination to see if you qualify for that.

    Just stopping paying for it would be a very bad idea.
