in Credit cards
I transferred balances from two credit cards to Natwest, just before there system went mental.
Registered for Internet banking, checked my balance & says £0, phoned automated service & says the same!
Checked other credit cards and showing money has been transferred from there end.
What should I do?

Wait. And don't assume that it has disappeared.0 -
I would contact them and ask them to sort it out - better sooner than later0

just like credits, they re-appearDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

They have 6 years to claim it back legally.
So by all means take the interest that accrues on it, but don't spent it.
Most likely it will be claimed at some point.
After 6 years you are legally safe to spend it but morally it's still not your money - just legally no-one can claim it after that point.0 -
Thanks for all your replies.
Just to update you all, I phoned Natwest & they confirmed I didn't owe them anything. After laughing and saying I'm pretty sure my debt can't have disapeared, they looked into a bit further. I was showing on the computer as having two credit cards! Hopefully all now sorted!Feb wins, Galaxy book0 -
In these situations I would never call the CC. In most cases they will correct themselves. If you call them, there is always the risk someone will try to fudge it, and later when the proper correction hits you are left out of pocket struggling to get it all sorted out.0
