Haven email address

Does anyone have an address for Haven please? I was given a website where a discount was given to disabled people but the prices are exactly what I was getting before on the normal site??? Is this just a con?

Note the words "up to" used against all of those bullet points.

Also, have you clicked on the Terms and Conditions button on that webpage?
There is a bit of an explanation there about why you may not get the discount you might be expecting.

Just one line from their T&Cs...

Offer applies to selected Parks, grades of accommodation and dates in 2012.

they will give you a discount if they are not busy and fel like it . But they will do that to anyone . Reminds me of a family friend asking for a discount at Butlins or pontins time back . "Are you or ever been a nurse doctor or member of her majestys service ?" asked the Operator. "No i used to be a nurse and spent the last 5 years at Her Majestys Pleasure" reply "Oh hang on ! we can give you a 10% discount off our price for that.!!" classic

There's no email address on the 'contact us' link on the Haven website I'm using, believe me I have looked all over the site for it.

Maybe not on the 'contact us' page, but their email address is available on the Haven website you're using, believe me I have found it.

I will, however, concede that it is not easy to find.

Here's how...

• from the link you supplied in your original post, click on contact us, at the very top of the page on the right.
• In the box 'Ask a question' type email address.
• click '>Search'
• from the list returned, click on the first entry... How can I contact you?
• A screen will open where you will see the email address I posted in post #2.
