Integrated Freezer not working

Hi all,
So, i come back from a weekend away this evening, go to grab something from the freezer and realise that nothing is frozen. its cold, but not frozen.
Think i have managed to salvage most of the food (it was restocked on Friday, isn't it always the way!!??) and moved it to my parents chest freezer up the road.
Now, this is an Bosch integrated under-counter freezer that was supplied by Howdens when i had my new kitchen fitted in March of this year.
At first i assumed that i hadn't closed the door properly or that one of the trays was stopping the door closing. Upon further investigation, The power light isn't illuminated so assumed that no power was getting to the unit. Checked the fuseboard and all seems well. Replaced the 13A fuse on the isolator switch (on kitchen wall above unit) and no joy.
What would be the first step? Contact my electrician or Howdens who supplied the unit.
Cheers

Contact Bosch direct as it will be under manufacturers guarantee0

Thanks Steve.
After more investigation, i think it's a supply issue my end.
The fused switch on the wall is suspect. The switch mechanism is broken and if you press and hold the button in manually, the power light comes back on. I shall replace this later.
Still, bizarre for that to break, i mean, it got switched on 3 months ago when it was installed and hasn't been touched since.
Anyway, thanks for you time.0 -
The switch was probably already cracked when the freezer was installed, nothing lasts forever,
;) I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

I would be careful refreezing stuff. My freezer developed a fault a few years back it was a manufacturers inherent fault. I had a independent engineer around and he said basically even though it was freezing abet not very good less than -18c all food will have to go. I got it repaired and a refund for loss of food from the shop after I took small claims action0

Probably just covering his back a little there, I thought anything below -17c was ok?
But you are right, the op said it was not frozen, ie, above 0c and it was when he came back so there is no way to tell how long it had been unfrozen.
Insurance op?, that's what it's for.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

I lost around £150 of food and that was with freezer working just not very well due to inherent fault (sensor) in frost free freezer and I had very little meat in had to chuck everything out on advice from engineer. I hope they are not planning on eating that food given freezer wasn't working. Food was probably only cold as the freezer would have some insulation in it, it must have gone before they left so had at least 2 days thawing0
