Why do you think it was mis-sold?0

Here is the template you need:Dear Mr Bank,
FORMAL COMPLAINT
I have a XYZ account. I feel that it was missold to me because [insert reasons you feel account was mis-sold here]. Please could this be investigated in line with your complaints procedures.
Yours sincerely,
Your name.
In other words, write a letter.
A template will not help your complaint. A simple letter outlining how you were wronged and what you want to be done to put it right will work better.urs sinserly,

They were proberley forced into it. The sales person proberly locked the door and wouldnt let them out until they signed up.
It's amazing how many people complain about being forces to do things in banks...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

The OP has not said they were forced to do anything. However, if the OP happily signed up for something and then it turns out it is not the product they expected due to the bank not telling the truth or miss-selling the product than they have a right to complain.Learn to speak Norfolk:

The trouble is, too many people happily sign things and dont read the terms and conditions first.
Not a critisism of the OP, I'm fairly sure we are all guilty of it at some time or another. Usually it turns out ok but still.................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

It's always amazing how these things are always "mis-sold" and never mis-bought!0
