A big of advice please

in IVA & DRO
We are now into our 4th year of IVA with CCCS.
Our daughter has sold her house and rather than loose the sale and get 'stuck' in a chain has agreed to move out in a couple of weeks with her two children and boyfriend - we have agreed for them to stay here whilst they continue their house hunt. Whilst short term it will be lovely to have them all here, I am also worried that when they give this address to their new mortgage company it will show up as being registered with an IVA and impact on their ability to get a mortgage - they may also be seen as having 'bad debt' (which they don't have) they are not aware that we have an IVA - Does anyone have any idea if they will be affected by our debt?

Your debt and credit rating is in your name only so will not affect their credit rating at all.
Credit ratings are registered against the individual not the address so enjoy their stay :-)0 -
