ppi refunds

Hi i had a halifax credit card upto 2007 with ppi for 17 years i paid of the balance of £14000 pound in full and closed the account it was only recently after reading on this site about misold ppi that i realised i had never asked for ppi and also that it may have been misold to me , i dont no much about it but if i was to claim and win how much approximatly would the claim be worth :T

    It would be exactly how ever much you paid in PPI plus 8% simple interest.

    hi thanks for your reply i sent a letter to halifax and already within days i have received an offer of £13685 cant believe it they say they will pay within 28 days
  • Hi i once had a post office savings account with my grandparents, we are talking right back as far as 1975-1976, also premiums bonds they have since died and i wasnt always in contact with them. what i would like to know is??? can i trace my money and the premium bonds i filled in a form in 1991 or 1992 they asked for the premium bonds i sent them off coz i was goin to cash them in but they never sent anything back to me and now i have moved house. is there anyway i can claim back?? Thanks i would love your help, if i can please :D

    Hi duggy i would contact the address you sent them too in 1991 or they should have an updated telephone number also post office should still have records of the account somewhere call in to your local post office and ask or contact post office customer relations

    HI i sent a reply letting you know ive been offered £13695:T for the original halifax claim i cant believe it very qiuck is this a good offer based on the information i posted originally, can you believe it only 3 days and i got a reply
