Better to clarify things here than go in all guns blazing with a complaint and look a plonker!

The 7.27% rate turns in to an APR of 7.40%. A bit like compound interest on a savings account where the interest is paid every 6 months.

Maybe, but by admitting it and not deleting the evidence you earn a certain amount of 'Andy Murray' respect and it's less likely that the pack will pounce on the thread saying "You tit".
