I am about to purchase my first Android tablet device, a Ployer Momo 11 Bird, and I may also get a second one later.
I will need to download some Apps from the 'Google Play' website, many of which are free but some of which have to be paid for. I have a couple of questions that someone familiar with this technology can hopefully help me with ...
1.) Do I have to have my tablet connected to the internet to download Apps, or can I download them to my PC and install them from there to the device later?
2.) If I have to pay for an App, do I have to pay for it again if I want it on a second device? I can't find this explained anywhere on the Google Play website.
