advice please.
existing iva (2yrs)
being medically retired from work (lump sum/pension)
will this be classed as windfall or as it for my ill health is this different. the lump sum would be more than enough to pay off my iva.
iva currently approx 30k
advice on reasonable offer and other experiances would be appreciated

  • Your lump sum may be classed as a windfall unless it was specificallly excluded as an asset in your IVA.

    Discuss your options with your IP as it may be you can offer a F&F settlement if you need some of the money for living expenses in the future
