    the inserts will stop nipples showing, if that helps, i would say the bras are medium to thick,

    Ladies, the BHS also sell them (sure they were a three pack).There was a little tv running a promotion about them. Can't remember how much they were but on a discount day they may work out cheaper than buying online with postage etc.,

    they are 39.99 + postage on bhs site, delivery is free on readers digest and free postage. dont think youll get them cheaper, even in bhs store.
