Hello All,
A few weeks ago i recieved a parking charge issued by highview parking.I have since recieved 2 more charges and 3 letters from a debt recovery company the last one threatening 'litigation' i have so far ignored all letters. The latest i have recieved is now stating a 'REDUCED PAYMENT OFFER'.I am just wondering if this is part of their process and should i continue ignoring their letters.By the way i was not driving the vehicle at the time the incident took place.
Many Thanks.

Yes, it's Standard Operational B*llsh*t. They're getting desperate for whatever they can get. Eventually, they get so desperate, they offer a 100% discount. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

If they had such a cast iron case against you, why reduce the amount? Answer? They haven't got a leg to stand on.
Ignore them, and do not correspond with them at all.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

Why not just look at the letter chains pics in the 3d from top thread on this sub forum: 'PPC letters & threats'? Then you'll know what to expect each time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
