Have been using microsoft outlook for my e-mails. This you get from Office 2010. I have a genuine bought copy.
Installed now over 30 days, so now get a upgrade every time I go into the program, I click upgrade, enter the 25 character licence key, and it installs / downloads as you would expect.
But once complete their is no changes, no errors, just as it was.
So, next time I go into program it asks for upgrade, and have repeated above loads of times. Never get any errors or any indication anything is wrong. I now click on cancel and outlook still works as you would expect.
Any ideas....

Possibly
" Not all editions of Office include the right to use Outlook, although most trial pre-loads include a trial of Outlook.
this can give the false impression that you have purchased outlook "

Do you get the option to activate by phone?0 -
Yes it is the trial version.
Yes I may try doing it through the phone.
But, why won't it accept upgrade, or ask for possible money payment, or actually tell what it is doing.0
