Im hoping to book a short break for the hubby and I towards the end of the year. We are looking maybe october, november or even early december to consider christmas markets.
Can anyone give us some ideas, where are your favourite cities?

Not sure where you are based but you could try Manchester - the Christmas markets there have got bigger and better for a number of years now - what you save on flying you can spend in the markets!!!! - loads of places to stay too right in the center of town:beer:0

Yes the markets in Manchester are very nice. Expensive to buy things though. I like Bruges, very quaint, nice chocolate but very busy before Christmas. It is hard to walk round as it is so crowded. Lille has a nice Christmas market too and a big wheel.0

Oooh Lille sounds nice. I thought of Germany may be cool too?
Thank you x0 -
I've never been but always liked the look of Ludlow Christmas markets
