Hi
i currently have a poor credit score. i am moving from **** to the uk shortly and will be buying a new car. and so will be buying a new insurance policy. i will be able to pay for this policy in full so avoiding monthly direct debits. am i likely to run into problems given my poor credit history or should it be straight forward? i have never had any problems obtaining insurance in the past.
thanks

There should be no probs now if you intend paying in advance, and thus not requiring credit.0

i go through a broker and they offer credit, but they do there own, i dont sign a credit agreement but they let me pay in 3 instalements which i prefer so i have 9 months with nothing to pay ,but at £320 for the year its affordable over 3 months0

which broker do you use Bankhater?
the only other issue is that my driving liscence is currently registered to my current address, not the new one and i was hoping to have everything in place before i go, i guess this may not be possible?0 -
