Charity Exhibition Stand

Hi,

I am running a Stand for a health charity at a national exhibition next month. I have never done this before and want to make the stand look professional but at a low cost. Can anyone recommend examples of a setup/layout I could use and the appropriate banners etc that I may need. The stand is 2 x 3 metres and includes electricity and 2 spot lights. So far I have a large tri fold floor standing Nobo Display Board.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does the charity have any publicity material you can use? Many now have a tall, roll up vertical banner. They might also be able to provide other banners, flyers, collection tin (if appropriate), photos, case studies, etc.

Depending on what you have available, you could consider a powerpoint presentation showing some of the work done by the charity, and how it helps, on a laptop with a presentation screen. the movement from slide to slide will attract the eye of anyone passing.

Thank you for your advice. This is only a small charity so we have limited promotional materials currently. I think the roll up vertical banner sounds a good idea. Does anyone know how much these cost? Also the powerpoint presentation sounds interesting. I have alot of work to do for the display boards so I will see if I have time for a presentation.
