I use the huge Nicki brand kitchen roll from Poundland (obviously a pound) its suppose to be equivalent to 4 rolls of standard but I only have to buy a new one every 2-3 months where as before I was buying a pack of the Lidl's ones about every six weeks.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

Tesco value is fine for your needs @ £1.09 for 4 rolls. Not so good for scrubbing, but fine for windows and mopping up light spillls.0

Reading this thread I realise that the kitchen roll currently on the spindle (Tesco Value) has been there for at least 18 months and there is still half of it left:j Wean yourself off this paper towel delusion Impom, Mother's were dishing up family meals and keeping their kitchen spick and span for generations before it was invented - don't even get me on disposable toilet brushes and fluffy dusters...purleese:rotfl: cos I have been know to go on at some length to Mrs MATH:D
I have a selection of old face cloths/cut up towels for mopping and we havn't had fried food at Chez MATH since 1989 (or so it feels LOL) so I don't blot much either (except my copy book:p )
Using tissues/kitchen towel for nose blowing is banned at chez MATH due to the havok 'forgotten' tissues cause in the laundry and everyone has their own hankies.
So as larmy16 says only cat hack and furballs need kitchen towel. Given larmy16's loverly delicate turn of phrase I'm wondering if she ever fininshed her final year of Swiss Finishing SchoolLife's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0
