Back in the 90's I had a Debenhams store card, which had PPI, I paid it off during the 90's too. Can I claim?
I have no paper work!!!!!
Any advise would be gratefully accepted.

If you have no statements, then after all this time the info will have been destroyed.0

I may be wrong but believe Debenhams statements may have come from GE Capital Bank (one I am going to try to deal with now infact).
With my I am fortunate to have found all the old statements from the 90's, but as it ended in 2003 these are the statements I am unable to find at present.
I will give it my best shot.
OP, you could try writing to GE Capital Bank (Santander I think are dealing with these now), try giving as many details as you possibly can in order for them to try tracking the account down, see if they can come back with anything.
Can you remember the year you settled the account? The one and only "Dizzy Di"
