Paypal payment confirmed or not?

Hi

Just wondering whether anybody has had this problem.

I've got an item I sold which looks like its been paid for by the buyer, Paypal says payment completed, but on My Ebay page it still says payment pending. This is from yesterday so its not as if ebays not been updated or anything.

Any ideas?

If PayPal says the transaction is completed and the funds are in your account then I'd go with that. Sometimes it can take a while for eBay to update.

I've noticed with ebay recently that I am having to refresh my each ebay page I go onto at least once to see the most up to date info even with my messages refreshing page to see the new ones??:rolleyes:

If you have sent payment, then click 'payment sent' on ebay against the transaction listing. This automatically changes and shows paypal payment sent at the top.
