La tasca customer service - please help!

Im not sure this is the right place to ask for help but can't seem to find an appropriate place to post this so of someone can suggest a better place to post my query please do.

I recently sent an email to la tasca customer service using the email address on the website enquiries@latasca.co.uk I have received no reply so re-sent this email again, no reply.

I then found their Facebook page and asked for help there, they advised using the same email address and also using their online feedback form - so I sent another email along with filling out a form, 3 weeks later and 3 emails and feedback form submitted and no reply!

Im at a loss as to what to do, my email was a complaint and I would have hoped that a big chain like la tasca would have replied to my comments, since I asked for their feedback on my experience.

Does anyone know of another email address to send my complaint to? Or what action to take next? I'm a regular customer but since I've had no reply refuse to go back and that's a shame as I normally have a great experience.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and apologies if this is not the correct place to post.
