Unlocking a Samsung S5360

My brother is thinking of buying a Samsung S5360 for his girlfriend. Although they're in the UK at the moment, they live in Vietnam. He was thinking of getting a sim-free version, but the PAYG ones are a lot cheaper. If he goes down the PAYG route, does anyone know roughly how much it would costs to get it unlocked? I'm assuming any of the shops that advertise mobile unlocking will be able to do it?
