We're off on a bit of an adventure to Slovakia and I need some advice on where to go sight seeing. The guide books I have found seem to be at least 5 years out of date so I would appreciate some more up to date information. We're going to be based in Poprad in the Tatra mountains , which looks beautiful, so are hoping to do a little easy walking if there are easy to follow tracks - don't want to risk getting lost!
We've got 2 teenagers so I've already found the Aqua city complex which should keep them happy for a day.
Does anyone know if it's possible to do organised bear trekking there?
We're flying back from Bratislava, so is there any "must sees" there? Also any restaurant recommendations for Poprad and Bratislava would be appreciated.
Thanks for any advice.
