Addiontal letters from MET ?!

Hello all,
A while ago I received a letter form MET trying to take my hard earned cash - So I went on this site and read the threads and saw the chain letters that I should expect (reminders from MET then threats from Debt recovery plus etc) and without any surprises all the letters did indeed arrive - I just filed and ignored as advised. However, I have recently received two additional letters from Zenith which were not on the 'PPC letterchains' section of this site.

Although I believe Zenith collections to be the same company as DRP (the signatures on letters from either company are same despite them being signed off by two different people) I am slightly concerned as to why no one else has received these extra letters from Zenith. Any suggestions as to why I've received these would be appreciated. Also should I continue to ignore?

Thanks

We are starting to see cases like this. I suspect that some PPCs (and DR+ ring a bell) are getting a bit desperate and are having a rummage through the files.

Ignore them in exactly the same way you ignored the original letters from MET.

Zenith and DR+ are the same company, same company number, everything. Zenith is a trading name of DR+.

We've seen hundreds of these letters.

Loads of people have received these letters. Search this sub forum for the word Zenith and you will find LOTS of threads mentioning those last letters.

It's just that no-one has yet bothered to take a pic or scan of them and send the letters to Crabman to add to the letter-chains thread. It's people like you who can help in this respect - that's where all the letter pics came from, people like you who got them and uploaded them to Crabman.

Instead of getting concerned/worried about the letters, how about getting these letters scanned, depersonalised and posted-up on the thread ASAP - That way everyone benefits from the most up to date examples of how the scam operates. :)

Just got my first Zenith letter and checked it against the thread - it is the same as the new letter 5 - If I get any different ones I will scan and post them. Thanks to who-ever scanned and posted this last one, I can relax and have a cuppa now!

Oh I will!! The only way they will get anything from me is to take me to court (which they won't) and win (which they can't). I am wondering though if it is entirely legal for them to write saying they have 'referred' my 'debt' to Zenith when in fact they have just used a different letterhead with the same company number... Very very dodgy in my opinion.

They would be as well referring their alleged debt to father christmas he has as much clout as what they have....sweet fanny adams.

Besides the fact that due to the VCS ruling ppc's can not pursue debts so there is no alleged debt to them.
