Lloyds TSB C/C PPI Claim

Options
I have recently put a claim through to Lloyds for PPI reclaim on my Mastercard. I took the card out 25+ years ago when it was the old Trustcard, my reason for claim is that I did not want it nor did I need it. (I was living at home at the time, had suitable savings and had full sickness/redundancy and death cover) Looking back at the forums it seems really random as to whether people were successful or not even though their mis-sell reasons are exactly the same ????
I am wondering now, if my claim comes back as rejected that would be the end as there is no way I can rememberexactly how the conversation went when I applied for the card, I have been with Lloyds all these years and even the loan I had with them I did not take out PPI. Am begin to doubt my success in this matter :(

If it comes back rejected, write back rejecting the reasons they used for not upholding and show that you had no need of this PPI, if you could have paid this card back should the worst happen, if you had life insurance etc.
