Any electricians? Clicking question

This is odd... Electric panels are in corner of lounge so I hear a mechanical sounding click when it switches from cheap rate to full rate and back again. But I also get a loud click every night at 11.33
Its definitely not changing rates (or not meant to be!!). We have a newer bit which sends meter readings back to the electric company but that is meant to be at midnight or minutes after, and as its a newer thing I would expect it to be digital, so no mechanical click.
Should I just ignore it, or is it work querying it with my electric company?

Electrics are pretty old but we had work done 5-6 years ago for new night storage heaters and the electricians were happy that it was all safe / no extra work needed.0 -
Sorry, but that's not He-Man. He's Lion-O, Lord of the Thundercats. :P0
