Who are the people in my Facebook list??

Options
If I go onto the Facebook app through my iPhone, then messages, and then online, there's a list of people above the online people and I was wondering why they're there?

I've heard that these are the people you talk to most i.e. comment on their status' etc, but the person at the top of this list is my ex girlfriend and we never talk let alone on FB!!?

Could this be the people who view your profile the most??

it does the same on the website version, it is just a random selection of friends nothing else. she could be signed into chat or has SMS turned on, is her name high up in the alphabet so that's why she is at the top.

it is definitely NOT who views your profile the most or profiles you view the most, facebook does not allow people to know who views their profile at all, (also any app that promises that is just a scam app)
  • Do you have your ex's mobile number/email address on your contacts list on your iPhone? If so, it could be that it syncs and matches up - and may suggest that person as a contact?
