Is the listing breaching, Cheap boots called UGG?

Found these which dont mention they arent Uggs anywhere apart from the brand which is from Primark.
Is this a listing breach as people may think they are actually getting Uggs?

I tried to list a pair of sheepskin boots ages ago and I put in the title ugg style and eBay wouldn't let me list them due to trademark.
Had to have a little think about what else to call them, because despite them not being uggs, it's what I called them!! Stupid at the time really!!!!0 -
That is a bit annoying, because uggs was the name for sheepskin boots in general until Decker or whatever they are called slapped a trademark on it. So traditionally they would have been called uggs. Just call them sheepskin boots, many people will search under that. Although possibly not in this weather...I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
