It's the Dundee address. I don't have it with me at the moment but will post again.
Don't send them to freetime at Crawley. They send them on to Tesco Dundee.0 -
I use the address on the back of the vouchers - always get response within 7 days saying back on account."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

Weird! I always use the Crawley address and they always credit them. First time I called to get them back on they told me to use it and now I just return them without calling if I find out of date ones
Don't think the Crawley address is freepost though. "A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

Thank you for this info - I didn't realise you could return them and thought if you missed the expiry date they were worthless. I am saving my points to use against the Virgin Holidays offer in 2009, so presumably I can send back all my vouchers that expire before then so that they are re-issued with later expiry dates and I can then use those as well. Fantastic!!0 -
Lost the plot can someone explain what this is about please. Thanks.

I had some clubcard vouchers that were due to expire at the end of Feb 2007. So I rang the Clubcard Helpline and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and said they could be carried forward, she also told me that I had some other vouchers that had expired in 2006 and would I like these carried forward. Didn't know I even had these. Well worth a phone call and it was free! Tel: 0800 59 16 880

Second the "call them" - I've lost vouchers in the past and when I called them about these they credited them to my account for my next statment no problems
