Claiming charges on a student bank account

I have an account with Barclays (currently a graduate account) and I have about £500 of charges from going over my overdraft etc. at £10 each. This is a lot less than the charges applied to normal accounts, is it still worth me trying to claim this £500 back? Or will the bank argue that it is an appropriate amount?

Thanks
Barclaycard - starting £380 reclaim (letter 2 - 20/3/07)
- so far been refunded £152
Capital One - started £200 reclaim (letter 2 - 20/3/07)
- so far been refunded £80
Barclays - thinking about reclaiming £500

  • yes of course they wil argue but it quite clearly isn't, unless of course they can give you a breakdown of how they are made up...... go ahead and claim your money back...
