reclaiming PPI

Hi can anyone help and point me in the right direction.

In the late 1999/2000 I took out an unsecured Business Loan loan with the Yorkshire Bank. Later during the loan it was changed to a Vivid Loan.

I have moved since then and unfortunately I have mislaid all the paperwork so have no means of giving account numbers and actual dates for the loan.

I do remember it was still being paid at the beginning if 2005 other than that I have no documentation for the Loan.

Please help as I am trying to reclaim PPI

Call the bank and ask if they can find the loans, if you live near to a local branch then pop in and ask.

Hi did you get anywhere trying to find out info on vivid? I have provided the fos with my reference number from my vivid loan direct debit (normally your agreement number) and they have said they have searched and found no account number matching my reference number but they did state that they only deal in 10 digit numbers and my reference was 11 digits long
