Hi
I have submitted a claim for mis sold insurance through Harton Mortgage Services. My claim was passed by the FOS to the FSCS as Harton Mortgage went under and changed to this Enterprise Mortgage Specialists and then to Home of Choice. Deloittes have recently sent me a letter saying Home of Choice arent replying to their request for information and have asked me to contact them.
However I have searched the internet for this company and a contact number and got nothing. FSCS said they can not proceed with my claim without information from them.
Can anyone help or advise me on where to look or go to?
Any help appreciated.

Let me get this right.... The company that ceased trading and no longer exists is not replying to requests for information. Isn't that to be expected? if they are no longer around then no-one is going to reply.
According to companies house, Home Of Choice Ltd were dissolved 09-08-2011.

I know thats what i didnt understand. I have left a message with Deloitte to ring me back. The letter says Home of Choice are the relevant insurers in relation to the policy.
I took the policy out in 2005 and have send all the paperwork to them at the beginning of April.0 -
