BT Fees

I did a BT with Virgin and was charged a 1.99% fee.

I have just received my first statement which is for the minimum 1% repayment.

Never done a BT involving fees before. I was under the impression my first repayment would be 1% + the BT fee?

Please could somebody confirm?

The BT fee is just added to your balance. You pay a minimum of 1% of the total balance every month.
