Hi all,
I'm asking for advice on behalf of my parents who received a letter from NEMO end of Mar/Apr time saying they were mis-sold PPI and they were offering them over £3k, my parents then had to sign a form to accept and send it back, it said on the letter payment would be made within 28 days.
Roll on to July and still no cheque! My mum has contacted them a few times but she's just told 'it's being dealt with'.
I'd never heard of NEMO so I was just wondering if anyone else has had success with them and received there money?

I would suggest you put your complaint in writing to them at:
Nemo Personal Finance
Trafalgar House
5 Fitzalan Place
Cardiff CF24 0ED
Send it recorded delivery and keep a copy yourself.
They have 40 working days to resolve the matter or you can then ask the FOS to investigate on your behalf.
