Hi we painted an internal wall last year and in parts the paint peels off like soft skin.
What can i do to repaint the wall?

if the walls were bare plaster they should have had a mist coat- thiined matt emu before they were painted
if you are lucky , you may be able to peel all the paint off and start again0 -
Nickj is right. You need to scrape off what you can, seal it witty a mist coat and re emulsion. Remember you can only must coat with vinyl MATT, not vinyl silk.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Then it might be that the plaster was too highly polished. Roughing it lightly with emery cloth can help.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0
