Insurance company refusing to pay out

That is why I am hoping the board Aviva representative will pick it up as I believe it will bypass the "cant do that" response.
Definately would have been paid in the old Norwich Union days, if the OP's dad has had the policy running for donkeys years. Hopefully they're still with an old skool broker with the right connections to get Aviva to pay.
Not the same since they made all the experienced (Expensive) staff redunant and replaced them with call centre staff and graduates with no understanding of Insurance0 -
