My Dyson conked out I was going to buy a new one but decided to call Dyson out for the £55 service that included all parts and labour, I'm really pleased that I did, I have had so many new parts:
Brushbar
Hose
Cyclone box
Handle
Soleplate
Powercord kit
Clutch
The chap said they mend any Dyson no matter how old it is, I'm well pleased!

They fixed our hoover even though its over 2 years old for free, put a new motor in and no charge. Before that they sent a new filter thing and the thing that is a large filter thing that sits in the clear plastic that collects dirt all free, thats why I like Dyson, no aggrovation from them and a good service.

thats excellent service, prob the best in the world, if dyson fixed your hoover.

I luckily took out an extended guarantee as I think I have had every part changed including the motor. There has been no hassle to do it, but I have never had so many problems with a vacuum.
