My mum is 88 so not the most mobile.
Has a small bathroonm with a shower cubicle -which is very narrow.
we want to enlarge it to give her a bit more room;but scope for enlargement is limited as 'depth is just 2 foot-but can elongate it to 5'
The diy stores-band q/homebase can't go as low as 2' depth so need bespoke solution.
I'm looking at the bathroom companies who advertise in saturday papers and market themselves to the older generation/disabled customers.
I have no experience of any of these national companies-any recommendations-and similarly -i am assuming that they will do bespoke sizes .
assistance greatly appreciated

Can you clarify - just 2 feet? Basic shower trays are generallyy a minimum of 70cm closer to 2'4".
Take it you don't want on of these

What does your mum have in their now?
You could build up a wet room floor at a cost or convert the whole room to a wet room.
When we renovated my mothers bathroom recently we looked at various options, none that narrow and discounted the "specialists" as many only seemed to do modular installs of prefabricated units which were all quite expensive."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop...
