Halifax Clarity referred - how long?

I applied recently for a Halifax Clarity card and I got referred

How long does it usually take to hear anything and do they normally write, email or call with their decision?

They're not quick at doing anything, but I expect you'll hear within the week. I was accepted online two weeks ago, the PIN has only just turned up, no calls or emails, but I did get an agreement to sign by post, so if your accepted I imagine they'll write within a week or so
