Kudos to Norton support and in particular to Vipin

I spend a lot of time on the forum boards looking for solutions to problems and like many people the customer service staff I deal with are not always as helpful as they might be, often because they have only a rudimentary understanding of the product they are supporting.

Kudos then to Norton Customer Support. We upgraded our home network last year and installed Norton 360 on the existing and new machines but via several licences, at least one more licence it turns out, than we really needed. I phoned up Norton yesterday to find out how to sort this out, and the young man in the offshore call centre, could not have been more helpful or better informed.

Then because I had an outstanding call - I had some problems connecting one of my pcs to resolve the problem via online chat, I had a call today from Vipin at Norton who talked me through my options and recommended the most cost effective way of sorting out my licenses.

Well done Norton.
