Newquay next week ?

We are looking at traveling to Newquay, Cornwall next Saturday (14th) for a week, not much money and so camping was going to be the cheapest option.
Now the weather is not looking at improving soon, i'm not sure camping is going to be too fun !!:(
I've tried looking at Caravans but cost a bomb !!, there's only 2 of us and a budget of £300 pr accomadation for the week.:eek:
Are there any last minute caravan/house rental sites that i could keep an eye on ?
Any help would be great x:beer:

I love the YHA - lots better than the reputation, certainly in the ones I've stayed in - though I can't vouch for these. The Elmscott one is basically just the buildings you see, I think!

We're in same boat except our camping is already booked at haven (mablethorpe) for 6 nights starting saturday. We rang today to see how it works if its too wet, they said the rain hasn't been as bad over there as alot of places but if it does get too bad they will put us in other accomodation or give us our holiday again on a different date. Just hoping weather improves because like you our funds are limited and was hoping to kill some time on the beach

Our property in the North York Moors is advertised with a company www.next4weeks.co.uk most of the properties are in Devon or Cornwall, I would certanly have a look there, we also advertise on www.lastminute-cottages.co.uk which also have lots of good last minute deals.
I hope you find somewhere.
