PPI and an old IVA

Folks
I have recently been successful in gaining a PPI payment from Halifax regarding an old Credit Card. However two years ago I completed an IVA and Halifax in their wisdom have sent the payment cheque to my old IVA Company (PayPlan).
My question is should I reclaim the PPI payment from PayPlan or Halifax and what if any proof will Halifax require regarding the successful completion of my IVA.
Thoughts would be most welcome
Thanks

Contact Halifax to check whether they have actually sent the money yet. It's possible they may still be in the process of dealing with it and able to stop it. ( Otherwise contact PayPlan and explain the situation. They may simply return the cheque to Halifax. )My question is should I reclaim the PPI payment from PayPlan or Halifax and what if any proof will Halifax require regarding the successful completion of my IVA.
If Halifax want proof regarding your IVA, you should have received a "Certificate Of Completion" at the end. A copy of that is usually acceptable.0 -
