USA Travel Insurance for Type 2 Diabetic

Hi, can anyone recommend a good travel insurer that will provide cover for someone with Type 2 Diabetes?
We actually have a really good travel insurance policy with our AMEX card but unfortunately they don't cover pre existing conditions and knowing the cost of healthcare in the USA we would like peace of mind and cover for my husband's condition just in case.
We're not worried about the other bits, just covering a pre existing diabetic condition.

we use essential travel as they come out a good price for us, but then my DH is on Byetta & metaformin not insulin0

Apparently they were coming back to my husband about 5 hours ago as he did ask. Great service for a Platinum card holder eh?! Shocking!0
