hi i would like a little advice please
my son is in reciept of d.l.a , and was getting incapacity,then last year they changed it to esa. yesterday he recieved a letter saying that it had run out ,
the letter was dated the day it run out i may add ,so no warning beforehand,
rang them & all was told was to fill in another claim, what he needs to know is do they pay in arrears as he is due his money next week , & now he is unsure if he is to expect anything or not .

If he does not have capital over £16,000, or a working partner, he will be entitled to income based ESA. The payments should be backdated so he does not have a gap in entitlement.0
